About EnergyAustralia
EnergyAustralia operates one of the largest electricity networks in Australia distributing electricity to the Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter regions. We also sell electricity and gas to customers in Victoria, the ACT and NSW, and electricity in Queensland.
Board of Directors
Board composition as at 30 June 2008 - In accordance with the State Owned Corporations Act 1989, up to seven directors can be appointed including a director nominated by Unions NSW. The non-executive directors are subject to reappointment by the shareholders. The remuneration of non-executive directors is determined by the shareholders and paid for by EnergyAustralia.
