Offer is for a two year market agreement. 5. If your energy is currently supplied under a market agreement with another retailer, you may not benefit from this offer and you may have to pay termination fees to your current retailer. 6.Gas discount will reduce to 5% if you cease to be an EnergyAustralia electricity customer. 7. Termination fees apply for both electricity and gas. If you choose to terminate your agreement after the cooling off period and before the end of the two year term you may incur a fee of $20 for each fuel source terminated. 8. Under our PureEnergy options we will ensure that an amount of electricity (equal to 25%, 50% or 100% of your electricity account) has been or will be generated by accredited GreenPower generators using renewable energy sources and delivered to the national electricity grid.
